Bestech power software?

I've got a HS-017 150/300a BMS. I bought the USB programming adapter, but the dropbox link included in the PDF they sent me has gone dead. I've got a bluetooth dongle also, but I can't find any information as to which app I can use. I've emailed them several times with no response. Does anyone have information on where to find this software?

Yes, however they all link back to the bestech power website, where I have been unable to find any software. Anyone with a bestech power BMS willing to email me the .exe file?
