HK LiPo issue: Are returns even possible?

my bike project is totally stalled (thanks economy) but i've been maintaining my 9 (one spare) HK 5ah 6s lipos. Unfortunately, one has now shown a delta v or 2.5 and the other over 3. I'm not impressed! Is there any information on how to work this out with HK? They were purchased in early summer and have a cycle or two on a charger but no actual use.

Buy replacements and thank HK for the low price you paid for the lot of em. Check US law on mailing lipo before sending back any lipo.

Btw, your packs are not broken in yet.

See if you can return them to the US warehouse.

They have a 30 day warranty :/

They're so cheap that i would just order some more when you have the $ to do it.

I've learned that i need to keep spares around thus far.
