Hi all, first of all I would like to thank all you for this great forum being this my fist post. Second,
I was just wandering if anyone has experience with batteries from this guys http://www.lifepo4.in?
thank you, joob.

No, but they are interesting, if nothing else just for the nice box they come in. In general, remember the rule on the typical bike lifepo4, 20 amp controllers max and buy at least a 15 ah size. Shave a few bucks, buy it too small and you'll murder it with too high a discharge rate.

Looking closer, it says A123's inside this type. 8) http://www.lifepo4.in/48v15ah.html So you could buy a smaller size pack of that one.

They are good looking packs at a good price. But it's funny the specs for a 10ah is 60a max discharge and a 30ah pack is the same. Wonder if they used the same copy and just charged the ah they were specing or something is not right. Bob

Well looking at the website its just that they both come with a 60amp max BMS so its not a restriction on the battery.

CAUTION!!... i have seen that same "factory" picture on another site... cant remember where but the name was different

The pictures on the website are definitely not theirs, i think they are of the headways or lifebatt factory.

Always hit up the search bar before asking. Read the thread above.

Can't find any experiences from people who ordered from either of these companies. One person mentioned that they received a pack full of rejected A123 cells though. I wish i could find the thread.

I found an interesting site related to lifepo4.in. are they Codd Power or ConDai ? Google for "ConDai Lifepo4 Battery".

They have 2 difference types of cells both round, 1.5c and the A123 ( seconds ? ) at that price ? We need a guiena pig that will write a review. How about it. Cheap. Ask Coolchinateacher. Neptrniox above has the thread.

I have 72V 20Ah battery module from Codd power (http://www.coddpower.com/), bms was upgraded to 3kW version but sadly it can deliver only 28A continuous, and 38A temporarily (measurements done by CycleAnalyst) - for few seconds.
I am looking for better module that could deliver more Amps. This Endless-sphere topic seems promissing: http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=38545.
I am not recomending Codd power. Also their messenger contacts apear to be dead - they also not responding to emails.

hi, just to give you a heads-up: www.lifepo4.in is a scam. I saw this post and I thought that it was legit since this post dates back to 2013. I got email replies with technically sound information in decent english. also I got a detailed and professional looking proforma invoice. so I made the payment of 395USD for a 48V20Ah LFP bike battery three weeks ago. I don't get any responses whatsoever from:

Since the post just above yours warns about them, and others above question them, not sure why you'd think this thread was positive info. :?
