Thanks. I dont have the price at the moment mainly because i am negotiating block price with companies. It would be not a big deal if i ordered 2000pcs but on smaller quantities the price goes up (up to 4$per block) which makes the kit totaly unatractive. After i will negotiate the price, will post it here and then its a matter of couple weeks till shipping. cheers

P.S. Moumting plates will have copper pads for blocks on the cell side (not visible on the drawing) and builder will have a possibility to solder blocks on to the board further easing buid proces.

Add me to the interested list. This would make building a pack drop dead simple.

Forgot to mention (did not included in the sketch), there will be threaded brass rod going through top plate and sticking out 5mm. This will make things easy. The Builder will acquire 2 bullet connectors desired gauge but not less than 4mm (75A) and solder those strait on to the rod. After the pack is finished and top plate is on, they will be screwed in and you have easy unplugging neat terminals. Those who need beefier terminals will be able to use these:

with 4mm nut.

Mine is running fine so far. Its couple of days yet so early to say. Mounting options is up to you:)

If possible state configuration you need the kit for , i will run perhaps 4 kits at first and ship them to lucky once, and then everybody will get feedback from them, after there is satisfaction, i can start making larger quantities.

A 4S config would also be highly useful. 4S of LiFePO is a perfect match for replacing 12V lead acid batteries.

OK, so i can tell that standart sizes are not standart at all:) I will include 4S in the availability list, so if you need 10S you could get 6s and 4s, 8s - 4s+4s, 16s - 12s + 4s etc if that works. Remember that all that custom stuff ads to the price and i cant make infividual stuff in one peace quantities unless someone wants to pay top price. Friday going to firm to negotiate PCB prices. cheers

You wont be a guinea pig!! All will be checked before shipping. Me risking big time on this :) Changing thickness of blocks to reduce weight and cost: 45x6x3

Those interested, please PM me configuration and how many units you will need, i will try to reduce my risk in buying material i need. I will list unit and shipping prices when arranged with 3rd parties.

Thank yo

You will get 28s by using 24s+4s, 40s using 30s+6s+4s.
You cant possibly make a product for everyone, sorry about that.

And please, keep it on topic. Cheers
