Balance charging with a ultrasonic generator

I bought a 28 kilohertz ultrasonic generator, with the intent of driving multiple, capacitor/bridge circuits for isolation per cell. This is an idea Ive been obsessive about, after some reading. I figured if it fails I will use it for its original proposes (cleaning) since it came with the transducer.

Now for some testing. A volt check fried my multimeter and I can't get a picture on the oscilloscope, I may of fried that too, dam!!

Second thought was to use as intended, hmm how about the really filthy toilet ! Yes it does work with proper placement of the transducer. As I am doing this I hear a scurry of rodents leaving the attic, as my head rings from the noise this thing makes ! I thought this ultrasonic was inaudible to humans, not so.

Oh God i must refrain from ideas that i don't understand.

Mmm, might want to leave the house yourself while it runs. Sounds like it works great on the rats though. Run it for 15 min on a timer daily while you are gone?

Or not, if your neighbor has dogs and cats.
