Bioenno Power Cells ?

Has anybody come across these guys before ?

They claim to be a USA manufacturer ,.based in Santa Anna CA,.. but i suspect they are using Asian made cells ?
$160 for a 20Ahr, 3s "module" with inbuilt "protection" ?
or they also have high C rate RC lipo packs
..with 6 months warranty ??

I have inquired to multiple places about these batteries. Bienno Power, Stark Power, Powerizer, Clean Energy. All of them are, from what i have read into and called and asked about, imported from Asia and rebranded. There are many of them on AliBaba for sale; mostly from what I read people doing the usual and buying cells in bulk, waiting on them to arrive, and taking a gamble that the battery life will outlast the life of the warranty.
