Craigslist, no specification. Looking at the connector I would assume its 5 series
 
Ive only seen one rechargeable lithium military radio battery myself, it was a box similar to those, and it was stuffed with tab welded 18650s.

Include external safety components such as electrical fuses, blocking diodes against charging and Thermal Cut-Off devices to protect against overheating.
The main concern in Li-SO2 batteries is that SO2 gas, under abuse situations, can be released if the cell is venting.

Pull tab CDD (optional):
A device consisting of a manually activated pull tab and resistors designed to discharge the battery to 0 volts is built into the battery

Nice, I like fuse on each series block.
 
You cant believe the happiness when my platoon received a pre-series batch of li-ion to replace the lead for both the radio and manpad AA system, during my military service a couple of years ago.

Also the fact that we did not have to use primary batteries worth 200usd/night for the night-sight was quite comforting.
