Hi guys,

I'm working with a team to develop a multifunctional battery pack which can used for an e-bike or as power supply for general electronics.
To do this I need a custom designed battery management system which allows this lithium pack to solar charge (90V 5A max DC input ) and more importantly an inverter that can function at 60-72V.

With that said, does anyone know of any company/person who could design and build such power electronics or better yet are there existing products that will do this ?

Something like this but with higher IN/OUTs ?

Hmm,
The current battery pack is a 60V Lifepo4 pack, which is at 73V when fully chargerd, Id need a DC controller which can atleast feed 72V to the BMS for these guys to charge. Essentially I'd love to have a BMS designed that can integrate the solarcharging for the battery. Thanks for the input tho

Good question,

Im looking for a unit to convert DC to conventional AC (120V single phase, 60Hz) Im looking to be able to use the battery pack to power basic l load appliances hence a max of 1000W would be great. This inverter ideally should be pure sine wave however modified sine is ok aswell. The do sell alot of inverters that can do all these things BUT none I've seen can take a 60V DC input (my pack when charged is actually 73V [20S lifepo4] ) hence Im lookin for a product that can do this OR a company or individual that could build one for the team.

66 volt type should work at increased voltages as well, though caps might need to get up rated.

might wanna ask these guys, as a inverter-charger hybrid would be neat.

You may want to post this question on the solar forum: http://www.solarpaneltalk.com/forum.php?s=6c352860afcf7723c2402800e907bc34

Thanks guys
I will definitely make a post in that suggested forum and Im emailing the guys at victron as we speak. Just to give you guys a look at the project if u would ilike, Ive attached a few photos. This is the third prototype, styling losely based on the cafe racer n board track racer target speed 60km/h, current speed 52 kmph. I prolly post something in photos and videos when I'm finished

Cheers,
