Building battery packs. Need advice

So I just bought 224 Samsung inr 25 r cells.

And I'm planning to build 3 battery packs 2 packs with 13 s5p for my friend and his wife and one 13s7p for my cargo/kid bike.
But I need a little advice concerning BMS and charger.

I am considering this one:

What I'm looking for is something both cheap, but also of good tested quality.

Any ideas ore suggestions?

I looking at 25A draw in current but will probably prefere to go with at least 40A BMS.

Any ideas for at power supply. Live in Norway and need 220 volt compatibility.

What size on Nikkelstrip do you suggest for welding. 10 mm*0.15mm ?

For welding and nickel size: -for parallel connections as this as possible, and for series connections I don't recommend nickel, solder copper wire on the nickel between the cells or weld copper sheet.

That BMS is perhaps a litle bit ont the small size i current carrying capasity.

Bestech will cost a lot, because you have to order at least two, and add a shipping cost.
