36v 12 amp battery early cut out

Works well with good power until I've used about 4 amps and then it cuts off.
Battery re charges fully (2 amp charger) inless then 2 hours.
Why is the BMS doing this.
Can it be reprogramed?

put your battery on the charger and measure the cell voltages and post them up here on your thread if you are still around and even interested in your thread.

measure the cell voltages while charging. see if you can find the cell that reaches the 3.90V level first. you can measure the cell voltages on the BMS where the sense wire plug is soldered to the pcb. each adjacent pin spans each cell in the series. measure between each pin from B0 to the top.

Please describe the battery you're using; manufacturer, chemistry & type of cells.

What is the starting pack voltage, the voltage at the time the BMS trips and the voltage under load at the time the BMS trips?

What is the current limit and LVC of the controller?
