modular box for 18650

after seeing the thread for the modular box i thought i would have a go at making my own.
this is what i come up with so far 8s per pack. i have designed it for short rivnuts on copper plate but i didn't have any so i have just used copper clad board for now with some nuts solered to it.
i still have to make the connector bars aswell.

...what is the weight and how many $$$$ s in material is in that housing ?

this was only just to test the idea, but if you look at the layout of the batteries in the box i have left the battery part not fully enclosed for air cooling later on, i just need to print out a few and see there is best to implement it.

the complete box it is about 100gram with no batteries in it or fitting, 1kg of wire i get for about £8 so its about 80p each or i think thats about a dollar each just for the printing.
i was thinking of using them to make a power bank for my shed, makes it a lot easyer to swop out cells.
