Pretty much any 42v output (36v) lithium charger will do the job fine.
Cheap chargers can last years, or months. But I have found my favorite, longest lasting chargers were a bit more expensive, 5 amps types. Usually this means a metal box and a good fan, vs the plastic box and sometimes no fan.
The connector is not so important, It's more or less assumed that you will be putting a new discharge plug on it, and possibly on the battery as well.
The sealed meanwell power supplies can be a great charger for actually installing permanently on a bike. Water and vibration resistant. Regular chargers need to stay at home mostly, and dry.
