Charger for 36v 20ah Panasonic 18650b Pack

Hi everybody. Would like some advice as to what charger for this battery. Need something fairly affordable and possibly with option of slow or fast. Something I can order in U.S.

Pretty much any 42v output (36v) lithium charger will do the job fine.

Cheap chargers can last years, or months. But I have found my favorite, longest lasting chargers were a bit more expensive, 5 amps types. Usually this means a metal box and a good fan, vs the plastic box and sometimes no fan.

The connector is not so important, It's more or less assumed that you will be putting a new discharge plug on it, and possibly on the battery as well.

The sealed meanwell power supplies can be a great charger for actually installing permanently on a bike. Water and vibration resistant. Regular chargers need to stay at home mostly, and dry.
