Some bullet connectors are made of Brass,.. some of Copper.

Some gold plated some not ?

There must be differences in Resistance ?,.. which are better ??

Copper is much more conductive that Brass, people never seem to talk about what there made of ,.. does it make a difference ?

Where to buy Quality 5.5 Bullet connectors ?

Brass will probalby hold it's shape and springiness better than copper, which would make them have better connections over time vs copper, if you plug/unplug a fair bit.

If you never unplug them then you don't need the connectors, whcih would be lower resistance. ;)

Gold is usually just anticorrosion help, really.

If you find a male/female connector set that you like, buy a large bag of them, they are cheaper that way. Plus...due to minor differences between manufacturers and brands, this guarantees that all of yours will fit each other.

I've had trouble in the past with connectors from different suppliers, and they were supposed to be identical.

But copper is much less conductive than copper ??

I assume you meant: "Brass is much less conductive than copper"?

If so, this chart
https://www.bluesea.com/resources/108/Electrical_Conductivity_of_Materials
shows that relative to copper, brass is only 28% as conductive.

However, as it notes in that article, sometimes brass's mechanical properties are more important than it's conductivity.

That's generally teh case in connectors where spring force is important, like bullets.

If you were using ring terminals that are bolted together, then copper would be a better choice--but the bullets need to be self-clamping, and brass is better than copper at doing that.

If you use copper bullets, then their spring force will degrade, and be less to start with, so most likely the resistance from insufficient contact will be higher than the difference in conductivity from brass to copper.
