Hi i've been looking around and did some searching here but couldn't find an answer.
Si i'm making 18650 packs to power boat trolling motors.
What i'm allowing my freinds to do is to decide the capacity of their battery.
Example a fisherman needs a 2 x 12v Pb 110 ah battery to stand a day of fishing he buys himself a plotter and ends up sucking up all the energy well before the end of the day.
So up to now i've been making the batteries without bms but with a simple mosfet controller on each bank that cuts off the circuit when it gets lower than 3.3v and a 75 Amp circuit breaker.
The charging and balancing is done through a i charger 406duo .
Now anyone can make mistakes so i've been looking for a way to manage all this with a bms to make it fail safe.

gone to ask many companies but none have really come up with what i'm looking for.

what i would need is a bms that i can program or adjust and that can cut off at programmed woltages and amps.
My packs go from 25 Ah to 500Ah and from 3s to 9s
i would like to use a regulated power source to charge the battery and have the bms balance the cells .
and i would need to be able to charge and discharge the battery at the same time.
my requirements 100 amps continuous and 200 amps peak.
and up to 100 amps charging

Anyone heard about a system like this?

Thanks
Franz
