My daughter's hoverboard dies after 1 minute and green light charges in 5 minutes.

So we have a battery issue, I'm guessing the bms is detecting a lvc on one cell shutting of the battery shame issue for charging I guess hvc.

I have the pack apart and have detected several issues.

Lowest voltage is at 3.19 and highest voltage is 4.15.

It'll take a while for my bms to balance these out if at all.

So is there a way to individually balance this pack out 10s 2p.

I do have a battery medic, smart battery meter and a celllog8 but the connections are different (there for my lipos). I have removed 2 pins - and 1 + but I get no reading I'm guessing the 18650 pack is different to my lipos?..

I'm basically asking a dummies guide to balancing this pack to at least give the bms a chance to operate correctly.

I have removed the bms and the hoverboard works flawlessly but obviously protection in place.

Here's a photo, hope I've explained all correctly but I think the picture explains my issue.

Many thanks in advance.

I've managed to fix this pack.

I drained the high cells down to 3.9 using a 12v auto bulb, and charged the low cell to 3.9 using a 5v usb phone charger.

Left on the original charger overnight to give the bms time to balance, now all cells sitting around 4.12/4.

No awaiting discharge results to see if there's any week cells.

Thanks
