battery for ebike

Hi. I am from New York city. I need to know if there is anyone out there on this forum from the tri state area that is skilled in making ebike batteries. I have some 18650 lithium cells. And I just need an ebike battery made from that. I also need assistance on an existing battery that shorted out on the terminal connections. I was using a Kobalt 80 volt max cordless tool battery on my ebike. It was only 2.0 amp hours. It ran superbly well on my inaugural ride. Unfortunately after about 3 rides, the terminals shorted. The battery Will not recharge. However, all the 18650 cells are still good. I also would like to know if I can get this repaired. Open it up and see if there is an internal fuse. If not it probably blew out the mosfets or something.

Didn't know kobalt made a 80v battery
