reasonably priced 0-60V power supply? ~10A or more

There are a lot of 0-30V bench supples, 0-5A, 0-10A, but almost none for the higher voltage that are on multiples of the $30 price.

CC/CV capable, similar to this 15A/60V that goes for $300.

Why are there so many buck/boost converters that are ~$10-20 that will do the same thing, but no "bench style" supplies that are a little easier to use/handle?
