I am wondering if the Ping Battery 5A Charger has a Potentiometer. My voltage has dipped down to 41.7 Volts and that isnt enough to trip the BMS, I am wondering what else it could be other than normal wear? All the Caps look ok, none bulging that I can see. Any Ideas? I believe the voltage is supposed to be 44.3 volts or close. (its for a 36v 15ah battery) This is actually the second ping charger I have had where it dips in voltage .. this one took a little of a year.

Yes the metal case kingpan charger has a pot next to the output. I use a Whittle down wooden chopstick as screwdriver. If you turn it up to high it can pop. There are I think three other pots for ? I turned my 48v ( 59v ) charger to 73v and it pop a cap after a month . I replace with a 100v cap and turned it up to 84v. Don't know how good this is but it a back up. Just in case. Or I don't use it.
