Polaris eBike Wiring help

Hey Endless,

Was wondering if anyone has insight on a polaris RAIL EV511 wiring diagram or anyone who has connections to anyone who worked for them on there ebikes can't seem to get it to work with the P.I.M ebike batteries or there original batteries. It just freezes up the motor to have resistance and wont even turn on the system, just blinks really quick and turns off.... when off the bike it turns on fine....

Motor locking up almost always means your controller blew a mossfet. shorted internally, it makes the motor lock up magnetically.

It could also be a nicked wire, like often where it exits the hub, causing two phase ( the thick ones) wires to contact.

I don't understand it stopping doing this when its off. It should take unplugging the wire to the motor, to remove the shorted controller from the motor.

Does this bike have some kind of electronic lock?
