Anyone know SMC-HF Charger from MicroPower (36V/40A) 1600W!

Hi, I just bought this charger for cheap. Id like to raise the voltage and modify it a little bit. I can not find much on the internet. Doesnt seem to be very popular. It has a lot of power but is pretty small (only about 3 kg). Can someone point me in the right direction? On the picture you see a different charger, less power, but the same built.

You need to take it apart so we can see were you can change the voltage.
