I am building a 14s4p battery pack. I am going to use the hailong battery case. I also will install a bms. But due to the limited space problem, the 7th and 8th groups will be as shown on Fig. 1. The cell which I am going to use is capable of delivering 10A each.
For the series connections, I plan to use two 0.15 x 7mm pure nickel strips, one on top of the other as shown on Fig 2. Will this be okay? Or will just one single 0.2 x 7mm pure nickel strip be okay?
Will there be a simpler way but good enough for totally 40A for the series connection?
