I was kind of thinking about the battery inside the frame like that, would the batteries be more likely to get damaged from the moisture in the air condensing from the temperature changes of the controller and battery, theyre trapped inside a tube
 
No, well sealed packs keeping water out are better than ones with "air circulation".

If your batteries need airflow to stay cool you've got bigger problems.
 
Better make sure they're going to be in business for awhile or have good battery knowledge. My friend had a Faraday and the battery died. Then, they went out of business. Great design and really fun bike, but ir became non-electric.
