Express Rail Freight China to Europe

I read of a weekly container rail freight from Chengzhu to a European distribution hub, UPS & DHL are involved, said to be 50 to 70% cheaper than by air, journey takes two weeks. Could this be a good way of importing Lithium cells or batts at a better price? I have been on SLA on cost grounds but recently made my own batt from pouch cells & a BMS, it is a real game changer, & has been stated by otheres here that no one should have to ride SLA because of lack of money. Half the cost of a Li batt is air freight costs.
