Hi all!
I have the EEB bike and the qs205 fits snug inside of it. However the wires are too close to the disc rotor and bolts. I do have the QS205 washer/spacer

but when installed it is impossible to fit within the dropouts.
Should I use threaded rod M14 or M16 to stretch the swingarm more so I can get the spacer to fit?
Love to here your suggestions thanks

What does too close mean? All it has to do is not contact.

Install without the spacer.

Ill try but it looks iffy. The wires are almost touching the rotor. Id like to make more room if possible rather than having the rotor chew up the wires

Super close..like 1mm. Ill try and maybe bend the wires the best i can and zip tie but its still worrysome

1mm? It's not going anywhere If you secure it with a zip tie, unless you crash hard. By then the spacer won't help either. Use loctite on your disc bolts, then worry about something else.
