STC-8116LD charger - 90% cutoff?

I wonder if I was shipped the wrong product. I ordered a charger with a battery pack and chose the option for a charger with a 90%/100% switch. What I got was the STC-8116LD, which has a switch labeled L - H. Is this the 90% capacity cutoff switch, or is it a rate of charge switch?

Don't know, and the company website does not list that charger, or any charger corresponding to the picture shown for that unit, I suppose I could look up info on the company who sold it to you, but I have no idea who that might be and the crystal ball is in the shop today.
