Hi ESFMs,
Over the past few years I've gotten familiar with some of the major types of bike failure that can happen. I know how a blown fet in a controller shows up, I know what phase wire issues feel like and I know all about the dreaded Phantom throttle syndrome.
What I haven't had the misfortune of experiencing yet is a motor failure. In a gearless DD hub anyway.
Can anyone tell me what that looks like when one of these fails?
