BionX Calib software setting
BionX Calib software setting
I refurbished several BionX batteries now, but now and then the new batteries run out of balance due to the software. The battery pack isself is in balance but the BIB software read out different Voltage (via Status menu) . Its possible to change the Calib values and tune the Status value, but is not clear to me what is the best way to determine new calib values?

Re: BionX Calib software setting
What are the "calib values" for, specifically? Meaning, what do their numbers represent?

Re: BionX Calib software setting
The Calib Value is a percentage of correction on the cell group voltage. But its correction factor on the Status voltage, so its not always the real group voltage.

Re: BionX Calib software setting
Ok, so then, what was the calib setting at, vs the status setting, vs the actual cell voltages, when it worked teh way you want it to, vs what it is now?
Knowing those things, you can probably use some relatively basic algebra to determine where you want the values at now.
