will this charger work for charging my 4 12 amp hour 12 volt sla battery's a little faster then my 2 amp charger. I want to buy a better and faster charger but there are so many. the soneil is on a recall so that is out. here is the link http://www.batterystuff.com/battery-cha ... It damn well better, for that price. That seems overkill, but, like hunting squirrels with a scattergun; you can be confident it will get the job done.

As for contributing... your avatar is the most frightening I've seen. That in itself, is a good reason for you to play in our little sandbox.

For 37 lbs, guess you wont be taking that with you on the road.

I would go to soneils website and review their pages on hooking up their indentical chargers together in parallel and serially.

Then go shopping to buy two 4 amp 24v chargers.

back in the days when i stilled played with SLA i started with a single Soneil 2409 charger for my 24V packs. then when i went to 48V i just bought a second one and used it in series. worked like a champ. i bought them from some guy who advertises on the Yahoo Toronto EVA group.

i'd still be using them IF i still used SLA.
