The controller will work fine, as long as you can get it wired correctly. That J2 plug looks like a pain to deal with. Also, remember that that particular controller's actual current limit at the battery is 66a.
I considered a Kelly unit for a while, but the Crystalyte units can be more easily hacked. If you want to run over 90v, their controllers just aren't an option... unless you want to spend $800 on a controller.
