heres where Im at and still a problem

New hall sensors in. all tested fine. checked output on controller to hall and 4.29 volts. checked continuity from control board to wheel hall sensors and all checked good.
now what this does now wheel has dead spot where it wont turn up. If i move the wheel just a little then motor spins up but no torque. motor will stall when trying the bike out. I checked the fets and all check out good. Ive dryad moving the phase wires around but i either get a reverse direction with no tq or just a no go. Controller red indicator says all ok standing by. I did not change the hall wire colors either i was very careful on that. Controller is a from CA and is 72 volts 40 amp new style

I just tryed this controller on the wifes 408 and motor does the same thing, darn two high dollar controllers gone in two weeks. good odds huh.lol.

I assume it is still under warranty?

I dont think so as i changed the phase wires to # 10 a while back. they might frown on that.
