throttle connector + cruise don't match

I bought the kit from "EM3ev" but I don't want to use the right-hand throttle and cruise button combo unit he sent me with a big white connector.
Can I just hard wire my throttle leads? But where the heck do the other two wires go, labeled "ground" and "cruise signal" .

nowhere if you don't want to use cruise control. Any on/off switch if you do.

On the switch, they're labelled "Horn". I use it for a horn, because I don't want cruise control, there's no point for the way I use the bike, I'm starting and stopping every 200-300 yards. A horn, however, can be really useful. I mount the horn somewhere other than the handlebars, though, because my handlebars are *really* crowded.
