charger fan not working

on a HP8204L3; Does the fan run all the time when the charger is in use? My fan was working than stopped during a charge. Temp switch or fan replacement??

can anyone give me a schematic of the Highpower 8204L3 battery charger?

Hi Norm - I appreciate you asked the question in Jan 15 - I have the same problem.

My charge is off a WeareA2B/Hero/Ultramotor metro ebike - I am frustrated because it is a replacement for the previous one that went west one week before warranty expiry in the Uk.

I have found out that is is made by Elite Electronics - I can buy 500, but it is hard/expensive to buy just one!

Your question suggests it can be fixed!

your BMS battery alloy charger is different from the other chargers.

if any of you guys wanna open the charger up and inspect or measure voltages then we might be able to help you.

Greentime will sell you one for about the same price, but UK postage costs about a third. It's a $40 or $60 total.
I just rekindled my love for Greentime. BMSB prices with realistic postage costs. They don't have a wide range, but one of most things. Making small orders a lot more cost effective.
