fork installistion, ring too big?

You have the wrong size crown race. The crown race you have looks like it might be for a tapered steerer. The crown race needs to match the headset. Eg. if your headset is tapered and your fork steerer is straight, you need a crown race adaptor (about 5 from chain reaction or $10 from your bike shop).

Take a picture of your frame to see what type of headset you use... this will determine crown race model.

on the frame page it says :

Do you have the big bearing ( at the end ) aready inside the bottom of the headtube?

yes. the biggest bearing is at the bottom and the bit smaller bearing (2 from the right) is at the top of the headtube.

That taps onto your fork and lines up on the bearing at the bottom. Make sure you get the 2015 onwards ( 45 deg angled one ). As mentioned before... your LBS should have one if you're in a hurry.

edit. actually.. that cup might be your reducer for the bottom... But you would need another bearing... Maybe someone with the same kit you have can chime in,

Never mind.. i was an idiot. One peace was combine from two separate peaces and i didn't notice that...
It was the low crown and the upper ring.
Now it's all good
