Drill new holes ? What size ? Or get concave bass washers. The washes may take up slack but maybe to much for elbow room ?
So sunrims ryhno lite 6000 series 559x27mm with eyelets, spaim 168mm 13/14mm ( 2.25mm) spokes and edge 1,500 motor with 3.25m holes

Just get some M2.5 or ANSI #3 washers and put them under the spoke heads.

I think so I have seen concave brass washers. I do have dapping puches for dishing and metal and wooden block if needed. Will search es for washers.

The spoke heads will form the washers as they're tightened. You don't need to pretreat them.

I second Chalo. It's worked wonders for me, on motorized and pedal hubs alike.
The key is to move the straight section of spoke as close to the flange as possible, so the J-bend won't get stressed under load.

Whatever suits you. I've used a lot of brass washers for the same job, and I've had no complaints so far. The cold work applied to spokes makes them much harder than stainless washers, though, even if the alloy is similar.
