my bikes controller doesn't have an e-brake function. so im thinking of getting one that does

however..... id like both hand switches to cut the motor out but only the rear brake hand switch to active the e-brake function.

do i need a special controller or will i be able to wire up this china/generic one to do what i want?

thanks in advance

Or get a controller that supports variable regen via a second throttle.

Is there an inexpensive controller that supports it? I know Kelly does.

cheers alan........thats exactly what i wanted to know :)

nothing like someones perspective from outside my box.

Best setup IMO, is the regen braking is controlled by a completely separate switch. It can be a horn button type switch. Then brake handles control only mechanical braking, and if you wish, cut the motor power.

Sabvoton controllers do this now as well. Have a 2nd vari-regen input that is.
