Hello,
i have a Problem.
I cant find a fitting freewheel for my 5k turbo with an m 35 1 thread.
Does anyone know how i could solve this problem or do anybody know where i could find something like this?
Best regards
Oliver

Are you sure that's what the threading is?

(normal freewheels use 1.375" x 24 tpi, which is close to 35mm, but is not, at 34.92 x 1.058 mm)

Freewheel Threading

The standard ISO threading for freewheels is 1.375 x 24 TPI, the same as for standard ISO bottom brackets.

Type Inch Metric
Italian 1.378" x 24 tpi 35 x 1.058 mm
ISO 1.375" x 24 tpi 34.92 x 1.058 mm
British 1.370" x 24 tpi 34.80 x 1.058 mm
French 1.366" x 25.4 tpi 34.7 x 1 mm
Metric BMX 1.181" x 25.4 tpi 30 x 1 mm

I guess that version must be made for the Chinese market.

The MXUS 3K (both turbo and non) use a standard non-metric freewheel, like pretty much every other hubmotor I've handled so far.

For stuff outside the Chinese market, I'd expect the new motor's threading to be made for the fw's that are generally available at the destination market.

It sounds like your simplest choices are to talk to the manufacturer/seller and order either a new side cover with threading for common freewheels (if they make a cover like that) or order a freewheel from them that will fit.

You can try treatland.tv , which is a place in San Francisco that sells parts for moped. They will likely have a freewheel for you. If they don't have it listed on their site, send them an email, they usually respond within a day.
