What's wrong with my controller Kelly KLS7230S?

I kept having the error 3 lights + 4 lights on the controller KLS7230S:

According to the manual, it means "non zero throttle on direction change", or that the throttle is not at 0... However, as you can see on the video, I have nothing connected apart from the battery plug.

Do you know what's the issue?
