As many of us, I got the Hailong battery for my soon-to-be eBike.

I was wondering how others are dealing with mounting it. I have square tubes with a bit of an an arc in it and the battery holder only has two places for holes. I can drill 2 extra holes in the bottom piece. However, then all 4 screws will be in-line and it doesn't feel stable for the long term.

How did you mount the battery?

I would like to see how the packs have been adapted to fit , off hand I think you could secure a mount bracket to the bike that the pack mount holes mate to perfectly.
Easy fix is people toss them in a frame bag :D

In the end I just drilled some extra holes for rivet nuts. Battery is now held in place perfectly.

I use two giant zipties and a sadle shaped piece of rubber to mount to any tube. Removable and much more firm attachment than stock bracket system.

I mounted mine to an old dishwasher rail and added some hot glue and some extra bolts to stabilize. The rail is then anchored to one water bottle frame bolt and also uses hose clamps on either end. This allows me to adjust the position and is very secure.
