I have a Bionx 500HS (cca 2011) that I rode for about 7000 km.
One day it started acting funky - like suddenly going into re-gen while on assistance until it blew the battery fuse and got stuck into regen mode.
Now it beeps every second when I power on the system for about 30 seconds and it's stuck in regen mode. The console it's showing it in neutral and the controller inside the motor seems to be fine. I connected to the motor via Bikeinfo software and a Tiny-CAN and I could read the settings and change them but the symptom persists.

Here are the readings from the motor:

I went to one of the Bionx dealers in town and after chatting with a Bionx support rep they said they have no clue what to do.

I am thinking that the strain gauge may be faulty and my next step is to open the case and test that.

Any other idea what else to try?
