EM1 Lights not working

I own a Daymak EM1 and the front lights and indicators plus display have stopped working. They were working on and off but have now fully stopped. There is still a dull backlight on the display but nothing else. The rear lights are sill working and everything else is fine.

I have looked for lose wires but am not exactly sure what I am looking for. Wondering if you have any experience with these bikes and have any advice for me. I am unable to take it in for repair as the service shop is over 3 hour drive away.

Hoping someone may have a wiring diagram for the EM1 so I can try to chase down the issue
