KT-LCD3 -how to block a user from entering the LCD KT 3 DISPLAY programme ?

how to block a user from entering the LCD KT 3 DISPLAY programme ?

Does someone know how to block the end user from entering to the LCD KT 3 DISPLAY programme !!!

I hope i can be more clear about my question.

When i set up the speed to 25 Km/h on the KT-LCD3 i don't want that the end user can change it !!!
