sw900 plz help

Do you still read 50v at the battery terminals when this happens, or does that shut off?

If you still read 50v at the battery, then you probably need to change the low-voltage-cutoff setting in the LCD (sorry I don't know how, but there are various threads about the SW900 LCD settings, if you look around).

If there's no (or low) voltage at the battery terminals, then the BMS in the battery has shut off to prevent damage to it. That usually means one or more cell groups are much lower than others (unbalanced), and may need to be replaced. You may be able to fix this problem, at least temporarily, by leaving the battery on teh charger for at least several days (possibly weeks, depending on how bad the problem is).

If the system is new, and the battery is shutting off, then it may simply be unable to provide the current the system needs under the loads you're using it with, so it sags in voltage a lot, and when it gets down to 50v then cells sag enough to shutdown the BMS. To fix that, you could use a bigger battery, or find the SW900 LCD settings for current limiting, and lower the limit until it doens't happen anymore.
