Hey Guys,

I'm thinking about upgrading my controller to one of these:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Pro...lgo_pvid=706b47be-2a5c-404c-85de-7af6ca340cc7

I have a question I'm hoping someone may be able to answer - will I have any problems if I buy the 72V sabvoton controller but only run it on 48v (12S Lipo)?
Also, from what I can work out, QS motor make the Sabvoton controllers, but they don't seem to sell the version with the TFT display? Is the TFT display a mod done by another company or something?

Thanks,

Adam

Sabvoton working from 24V
QS motor selling one with tft display also https://bit.ly/2OVKfHL

That's a lot of money. There are bluetooth controllers out there. Plus that controller is over the top. Are you going to get a big motor in the future ?

Yeah it is a lot of money... It might be a poor decision but I have a few reasons for thinking about it as me next upgrade:
The motor doesn't even get really warm, so I can give it more power. I don't want to buy a new battery back at this point, but I could use flux weakening to get a little more speed.
There are also heaps of other cool features like regen which my current controller doesn't have.
Then there is the Screen with this controller. I could just buy a cheaper controller and also a CA3, but this is a cheaper option.

What other bluetooth controllers are there apart from the sabvoton?

I use this one with a CA 2.2 I do have two CA 3.0 but only one is starting to be hooked up to a 15 fet I have the 18 fet Bluetooth that I use with 80 volt at 70 amps. I use a muxus v3 3,000 motor 45mm as I now melt 30mm stators with my 5yr old A123 battery. Must be the batteries fault. Nice connectors water proof.

Nice, it looks really good. Though appears to be much more expensive than similar Sabvoton controllers and they also don't seem to ship outside of America.
