Change the 36V battery to 48V or a 52V unit. Install a 20A or 25A controller. I don't have a Sondors, but my fatbike uses a similar bafang motor . I originally had a 36V controller and I upgraded to 25A controller and higher voltage batteries. It will peak at over 1000W on 52V.

The problem will be finding a controller with connectors that are plug-n-play with your Sondors, unless you're really good with wiring. You can still buy a 20A Sondors compatible controller from lunacycle.com. You will probably need a new LCD3 display too. Read the reviews. Cables may be the wrong length for your bike. By the way, the LCD3 shown here has the wrong kind of connector for the Sondors harness. You'll need one with a round connector.

Passion bike on aliexpress sells a 25A controller for the Sondors too, but you're on your own with them. I never bought anything from them. They do sell a display with the right connector.

Thanks for the relpy

I will have controller with battery from the sondors bike that I would like to put on the different bike
what kinda hub motor 26 inch would You guys recommend?
thanks for the advise

The biggest obstacle for most people when replacing controllers is not having one that matches what's on the motor and bike. Sondors uses molded plugs, so you'll want a motor and accessories that match.

One can buy a motor/wheel with controller and accessories, that uses molded plugs, for $250. You probably cannot buy a stand alone motor, plus accessories ( brake levers, throttle, display and PAS sensor) to fit your Sondors for much less than that.
