84V 3A Charger for Li-ion Battery?

Hey, I want to purchase a 84V 3A charger for my ebike. I scour eBay and this is the only reasonable US seller. However, it indicates SLA charger. When I tried to ask the seller if it will work for a Li-ion battery he responds "hi it can work for LEAD-ACID BATTERY". I am not sure if there is a language or technical barrier. What do you think? Also, when I look up 72V chargers on eBay it saids the output is 72V... So, I am not even sure what nomenclature they are going with.

you should be able to find an meanwell power supply for most voltages. Here's one but at around 1.7 amps is a bit less than you wanted. There's probably more but you have to search
