sources for 20" rear wheel disc brake DD motor

Am having a hard time finding a source for these -- have seen the leafbike option (link below), but shipping is almost half purchase price. All the others are laced to a fat tire rim.

Is there an ebay / amazon seller in the US?

Are there significant quality differences between what's out there?

How about just overvolting a 36V model made for 26" wheel, after relacing it into a 20" rim??

I purchased a 500w hub motor from bmsbattery (Q128C)....it will take a brake rotor, and has a CST mount for an 8-speed cassette.
I laced my own 20" wheel using 13G spokes.

Pie anyone?
