Just a reminder for all Aussies who are likely to be headed to the Sunshine State - the Australian Electric Vehicle Association (AEVA) will be hosting our annual conference and EV expo this weekend (November 9th and 10th) at the Brisbane Exhibition and Conference Centre, Southbank.
The Friday conference will cost $165 (includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) or $125 if you are an AEVA member. If you are a member, click the Member option on the EV Fest website.
I'll be speaking about the physics and chemistry behind Li-ion cells, and a couple of dozen other speakers will be talking about interesting stuff too. The Qld Government will be making some announcements, Nissan, Hyundai and SEA will be showcasing their new Leaf, Kona/Ioniq and work vehicles respectively.
The Saturday expo is free for all to attend, and we'd love Love LOVE to have Brisbane / Gold Coast / Sunny Coast Endless-Sphere folks to get along and park your bikes up.
Sunday is the AGM and this will be held at Game Over on the Gold Coast. We will be go-karting afterwards
Looking forward to seeing a few of you there!
