What mid drives have an even Q factor? (i.e. Distance from the frame to the pedal is the same on both the right and the left side)

I believe Bafang BBSHD's have even Q right out of the box, but the rest (and it isn't that long a list) can be made to have even
Q with a change of one or both cranks. I wouldn't let that influence a purchase.

The only one I've seen is Paul Daniels' kit (Revel Propulsion) and he hasn't made any lately. Hopefully soon.
