Saw a e Bike at Zellers the other day.

It has a motor mounted on the side, with a side mounted battery pack on a rack in the back.

Does anyone know if this is a lead acid or lithium battery bike?

It looks like a Curries bike - with the detachable blue battery case on the rear rack, and provisions to mount 2 batteries in total.

What does it sell for?

Not to be a dick, but you saw it in a retail store (where items typically have prices on them), and you're asking on a forum how much it cost? This is difficult info to come by without a brand or model name.

Try going back to the store (or calling them) - I'm sure they'll more than happy to tell you how much it costs, and I'd bet there's a tag on the bike with specs like battery type.

But now that I'm done being snarky, I'd bet it's an I-zip, which is the Currie type you're thinking of.

But seriously, call them, find out, and let us know.

Thanks! That is how unhelpful the store staff was.... asked.. they didn't know... lol....

I reckon it is about CAD $600 or $700 for a lead acid battery Currie... with the blue battery case / 20ah batteries.

Thanks everyone....

did it look like......

$298 at walmart

Looks nearly the same...

But that is USD $298... which is $400 CAD or thereabouts.
