Took apart my Astro 3220, need help

So I decided to take it apart.

I need to modify the shaft. I have a specific set of drawings that I've made.

Essentially there will be
-shorten the shaft (cut off a portion)
-a new notch for the retention/antirotation pin
-Turn the shaft so that it's diameter is a bit smaller
- a couple grooves for circlips

Any ideas how to get this done. "All" it takes is a lathe... and a competent operator :lol:

Anyone know of any places that do this sort of custom work? Any hobbiests out there that take on small jobs?
